At Oracon, we appreciate that training is not a substitute for experience. Our mentoring program provides an opportunity for your staff to gain valuable experience while learning and working towards your conversion requirements.

Working one on one in a directed learning environment, our consultants can ensure that your project deadlines are being met while directing the individual being mentored through the conversion process.

Training
The courses provided by Oracon are meant to enhance knowledge previously acquired from a certified Oracle education facility.

We provide our courses on-site directly to your staff in the environment which they are already comfortable. Making use of your facilities gives the attendants an opportunity to try out their new found skills on their own computers and respond with any questions that may generate.
