Oracon Corporation was incorporated in 1995 as an Oracle consulting company.

During the summer of 1998 we had the opportunity to focus our development and automation expertise on the world of conversion. Working for AMEC Technologies Limited (formerly AGRA Systems), Oracon developed a conversion tool (Nocaro) capable of handling massively complex and diverse conversion situations on a global scale.

Using Nocaro and with our assistance, AMEC Technologies was able to implement their Automated Frequency Management System (AFMS) for the Argentinean telecommunication regulator. Reports were provided by Nocaro for the client in spanish. This success continued with implementations of AFMS in Morocco and Malaysia.

With the support of Oracon, AMEC Technologies continues providing successful conversions using Nocaro in the U.S.

Oracon received complete and legal ownership of the Nocaro tool February 16, 2001 and is currently completing a conversion for the Federal Government of Canada.

Now, recognizing our ability to provide successful conversion solutions, Oracon forges ahead with only Oracle Database Conversions on our minds.
